With the corporate offices located in central California, spas are shipped worldwide. Spas can be delivered with all the accessories: gazebos, skirts, steps, and lighting. Your new spa can be shipped to you and setup by a local dealer in your area.
Our Story
For over 37 years, United Spas Manufacturing, LLC has been a name synonymous with quality, innovation, and exceptional service in the spa industry. What started as a family dream built by Tim Senior and Nadine Kelly has grown into a trusted brand that customers across the West Coast know and love.
From the beginning, Tim and Nadine poured their passion and expertise into designing spas that weren’t just products—but experiences. Every model they created was thoughtfully engineered to meet the needs of real customers, combining superior craftsmanship, durability, and comfort. Over the decades, their dedication earned them the loyalty and trust of thousands of satisfied customers who continue to enjoy their products to this day.
As the company has evolved, so has its leadership. Tim and Nadine have recently stepped back from the daily operations, enjoying their well-earned retirement while remaining a proud part of the company’s legacy. Their wealth of knowledge and commitment to excellence, however, did not retire with them—they spent years passing that experience down to their son, Tim Kelly Jr.
As of the last few years, Tim Jr. has carried forward that same vision, rooted in grace, gratitude, and respect for every customer and every spa that leaves our facility. And by his side is his wife, Courtney Kelly, adding her warmth, insight, and dedication to the business. Together, Tim and Courtney bring a dynamic husband-and-wife team to United Spas Manufacturing, blending innovation with a family-first approach that ensures customers receive not only top-quality spas but also the personal service that sets us apart.

The United Spa Difference

Every spa we offer goes through the same process, ensuring same level quality in every line of spa we provide.
Our Process
Step One - The Design
The design. We vacuum form the shell to our custom molds. After the vacuum forming process is completed, the shell is then backed with multiple layers of sprayed fiberglass. Once spraying is complete, then the fiberglass is professionally rolled to insure consistent thickness throughout the spa shell. United Spas Mfg is proud to have one of the most durable and thickest shells in the industry.
Step Two - Frame Building
Frame building. Structural integrity is key in a quality product. The frame of the spa is built out of a mix of 2×4 supports and pressure treated 2×4’s for reduced weathering. United Spas Mfg is proud to have one of the most durable and heavy duty frames for their spa shells.
Step Three - Electrical Wiring
Electrical wiring and testing. This is where we prepare our state of the art digital controllers to be installed into our spas.Our top of the line controller consists of the best heater currently on the market for spas (5.5 KW heater). Also, our Waterways motors are prepped for installation and tested twice before they get installed into our spas.
Step Four - Plumbing
Porting and Plumbing. This consists of placing the spa upside down for proper drilling and jetting. Then we test the plumbing and jets under high pressures for an extended period of time. We take pride in making sure every jet is sealed and secure for many years of relaxation.
Step Five - Insulation
Insulation and filling. Our foam technicians spray open cell foam into the underneath of the tub. Our technicians make sure each spa is well insulated to keep your energy cost as low as possible. United Spas MFG takes pride in knowing we have one of the most efficient spas on the market.
Step Six - Full System Test
The full run through. We test the entire system of the spa with water. Here we take the entirety of the spa components from heating, electrical and plumbing, and running full water testing for a minimum of 24 hours in hot and cold water to insure everything is performing as designed.
